Kubu high security smart window locking
The Kubu smart sensor allows end-users to monitor the status of their window and door locks in real-time, sending a notification if it’s been left unlocked and allowing them to check if their home is secure anytime, anywhere, from the Kubu app.
It links up with Alexa and allows end users to create recipes to turn on lighting, when, for example the door is opened, or set scheduled alerts.
It also features a Smart geo-fence, so if you do leave your home unlocked, you get an alert.
We supply Kubu as standard across our window and door ranges, so you can choose to sell our windows and doors as standard, or Smart equipped. You don’t pay any more for it!
Kubu is recognised by insurance companies
Kubu provides a record of the security status of doors or windows in real-time, notifying end-users if they’ve left their home unsecured. It also creates a door history and window history.
This means that its been recognised by leading insurers and can even lower home insurance bills.

High security and Secured by Design windows and doors for new build homes
Our window and residential entrance door ranges use high security locking mechanisms from Avantis. These deliver the highest levels of performance, are PAS24 accredited and available in Secured By Design specifications, and are fully integrated with the Kubu smart sensor.
Avantis Window Locking
The Avantis Window Lock combines bi-directional shootbolt locks and Avantis’ patented mushroom technology, which delivers optimised compression of the sash, in a reinforced security keep.
It’s PAS24 and Secured by Design accredited and comes with a 10-year mechanical warranty.

PVC-U foil colour options
We bring increased flexibility to design, with a choice of 19 low maintenance PVC-U foiled and colour finishes available from stock on a 10-day lead time.
Choose from smooth flat finish contemporary greys to period pebble greys, sages and claystone woodgrains.
We also offer a further 23 made-to-order colours, including foiled on both side options. These are available on a choice of bases.
