With a highly insulative PU foam core, the Doorco reinforced GRP composite door slab significantly reduces heat loss while an LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) subframe delivers maximum stability.
Premium kerb appeal with the Doorco Gripcore composite door
Made using a hybrid of cross-laminated engineered hardwood, laminated veneer lumber (LVL) timber, and hardwood stiles and rails, then pressed with 4mm GRP skins Gripcore Doors are designed to be stronger and heavier than other composite doors on the market, and won’t warp or crack.
Achieving an ultra-low U-value of 1.0W/m²K or better, and they feature multi-point locking mechanisms and high-grade security hardware.

Local thickening in the Profile 22 door frame and robust reinforcement further increases resistance to attack, while our composite doors also feature multi-point locking, the latest hardware and are supplied in a Secured by Design Specification as standard.
This includes a 3 Star British Kitemark TS007 anti-drill, anti-snap, bump resistant and anti-pick, SS312 Sold Secure Diamond Grade door cylinder.

Choose from smooth flat finish contemporary greys to period pebble greys, sages and claystone woodgrains.
We also offer a further 23 made-to-order colours, including foiled on both side options. These are available on a choice of bases.
