Part of the Emplas Group, which has been supplying commercial windows and doors to the new build and social housing sectors since 1979, Emplas Commercial supplies and installs energy efficient PVC-U and aluminium double-glazing products to house builders and commercial main contractors in the Midlands, north of England and Scotland. Our dedicated Commercial division can support you throughout your programme, from initial specification right through to project delivery.

Company History
In 1979, Emplas Group founder, Kevin Johnson, established double-glazing installation business, T&K, from a garage and first floor bedroom. Following supplier issues, Kevin took the decision to fabricate windows and doors – initially operating out of a small industrial unit – and Emplas was born. Operating from our current 57,000ft2 site in Wellingborough, we have evolved to become one of the UK’s leading fabricators.
Emplas Commercial was founded with a sole focus on providing a premium regional supply and install service for housebuilders.
Backed by four decades of expertise in the supply of replacement windows and doors into the new build and commercial space, our future-proofed offer meets all current UK Building Regulations and is also prepped for the new Future Homes Standard.

Initially joining Emplas as a Sales and Marketing apprentice, Stanley’s outstanding sector expertise, drive and determination have seen him swifly progress through the ranks to his current role, as of 2020.
Joining the Emplas Group as Sales Manager in 2024, Carl’s specialist knowledge and expertise in the commercial sector make him a perfect fit for his current commercial sales role.
