Members of the Commercial Window Group are fully qualified to survey, estimate, take off, schedule and install windows and doors into commercial schemes.
This includes conforming with method statements, health and safety documentation, risk assessments procedures and insurance requirements associated with working on site.

We offer a complete design and manufacture service for the construction sector including commercial windows and doors in next generation window and door systems from Profile 22 and Doorco composite doors.

Widely specified, we manufacture and install windows and doors made in leading edge and energy efficient window and door systems from Profile 22.

Our door and window ranges are manufactured to the highest standards in compliance with British Standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. They also meet and exceed current UK Building Regulations.
We are also an accredited manufacturer of Secured by Design windows and doors.

Closing the loop on the construction product life-cycle
Vertically integrated and working in tandem with the Epwin Group, Profile 22, our window and door systems partner, and Pilkington Glass, we’re committed to closing-the loop on the construction product cycle.
This includes becoming the first window and door manufacturer to operate a fully closed-loop recycling scheme.
This includes the collection of old PVC-U windows, reprocessing and re-extrusion into a new generation of thermally efficient windows and doors, which use lower carbon in manufacture and which are easier to recycle at end of life.
Lowering Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emissions
The windows and doors that we supply are manufactured in Emplas’ state of the art facility. At the cutting edge of innovation, we maximise the use of energy from renewable sources, including the 20,000Kwh of energy generated by more than 100 solar panels installed on Emplas’ main site.
Emplas has also invested in the latest climate control technology, lowering energy use in heating by 40%.
